About Me
My greatest strength is being able to quickly get the lay of the land of an institution: the culture, the people, the personalities, the goals. My collaborative, collegial, and entrepreneurial style helps build consensus for what we want to accomplish and how we will go about it. I prefer to work within the system, but I also know when it's time to push the envelope for the sake of progress.
